Heather Pepin is a native of Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison School of Law in 2003. While attending law school, Heather interned with the State Public Defender’s Office in Madison. Heather received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay in 2000 and during this time she interned at the State Public Defender’s office in Green Bay.
Prior to joining Nell and Associates, Heather’s previous employment includes: the United States Department of the Army at Fort Rucker Alabama, the Gamble Law Firm in Dothan, Alabama, the Dan Cook Law Office in Ashland City, Tennessee, and the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Heather has participated in the ABA Labor/Employment Law Forum, HR and EEO in the Federal Workplace, A New Day in Labor Relations, Federal Dispute Resolution, Annual Criminal Defense Conferences and Trial Skills and Advocacy. Heather is also member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Heather has been awarded Our Lady of Loreto Award for exceptional service to the Army Aviation Community, awarded the Freedom Team Salute Commendation Award for her support as an Army spouse, awarded Coin of Excellence by Lieutenant General Tate, awarded Coin of Excellence by Lieutenant General Chipman, awarded Commander’s award for Outstanding Civilian Service and awarded the Superior Civilian Service Medal.
