Bridget has been an associate attorney at Nell & Associates, S.C. since graduating from William Mitchell College of Law in 2007. Her practice centers on estate planning and probate, elder law and guardianship, Medicaid planning, powers of attorney, trusts, transactional matters and business law (including business litigation and business start-ups).
Bridget began her journey to becoming an attorney by interning at Nell & Associates during her undergraduate years at St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. After receiving her degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics, Bridget began her studies at William Mitchell College of Law while still being a part of Nell & Associates, then as a law clerk. During her three years at William Mitchell, Bridget was the President and Founder of the Elder Law and Estate Planning Society, a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the student representative for the Minnesota State Bar’s Elder Law Section. She also received the CALI Award in Estate Planning. Upon graduation, Bridget successfully completed the Wisconsin Bar Examination and began her work as an associate attorney at Nell & Associates, S.C.
In order to best serve her clients, Bridget is dedicated to staying involved and up to date in the legal world, as well as in the community. She is a member of the Brown County Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association, The Estate Planning Council of Northeast Wisconsin, and the Robert J. Parins Inns of Court. Outside of the legal world, Bridget is a member of the De Pere Chamber of Commerce, the Green Bay Young Professionals Network, ITT Technical Institute’s Criminal Justice Advisory Committee, and the Resurrection Parish Development Team. Recently Bridget has also become an ambassador for the De Pere Chamber’s Red Coat Ambassador’s Club. As an ambassador Bridget will work with new businesses and chamber members to welcome them to the community.
